Outdoor cooking – a genuine close to fire experince!
Forget dried food, grilled sausages and wild stews in a large pan. In stead, experience well-cooked local dishes after season! “Together” is the central word – everyone’s abilities is needed to fulfill the menu.
In this activity your outdoor and cooking skills really challenges in the guided outdoor cooking. An outdoorexperience as it’s best – suitable for all persons and groups.
At arrival, everything is prepared for you – working stations, utilities, several fires and local ingredients for your cooking. Depending on the total group size, you’ll cook between three to seven dishes in the outdoor kitchen. When ready, you’ll invite each other to dinner under the canpoies of the beech tree.
Our guide will challenge and follow your adventure and of course also support you when need, but it is the group that really create the experience together!
Nature’s Chef is held in Boksalen, just outside Höör in the central part of Skåne. In order to protect av bit from eventual rain, we use a tipi for dinner when needed.
- Local alcohol free beverage is included. If you want you can bring complements, we’ll love to give you a lead on good suggestions.
What do I need to bring?
- This is a proper outdoor event. You need to dress for all weather and wear good shoes (firm trainers as a minimum). Also remember to use clotes that fits a close to fire experience, avoid hanging shawls and nylon cover jackets or jackets that cant be washed easily.
- Other than that: Just bring your curiosity!
Cancellation fee; 80.0% is charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the activity, 50.0% if cancelled 14 days or less before, and 20.0% if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival.
