Nature's Chef - a "close to fire" outdoor cooking adventure 3 hours and 30 minutes | Easy Nature's Chef - outdoor cooking - a genuine close to fire experince! Nature's Chef challenges your outdoor and cooking skills in a guided outdoor cooking. "Together" is the central word - everyone's abilities are needed to fulfill the menu! Forget dried food, grilled sausages and gray casserole in a large pan. Instead, you will experience well-cooked local dishes by season! Overall an excellent extraordinary experience - suitable for all types of couples and groups. Here's everything prepared for you - workstations, tools, multiple fires and local ingredients for your cooking. Depending on the group size, you cook between three and seven dishes in the outdoor kitchen. When you're ready, you invite each other to dinner under the tree canopies. Our guide will challenge and follow your adventure and of course also support you when needed, but it is the group that really creates the experience together! Nature's Chef takes place in Boksalen, just outside Höör in central Skåne. To protect the you from rain, we use a tipi or a tent roof for dinner if needed. Note: this experience can be booked anytime for groups exceeding 8 persons. And this experience can be moved anywhere in south Sweden, we have a movable outdoor kitchen.

3 hours | Very easy Outdoor pancake party - join us in the outdoor kitchen! How do you cook the best pancake over the fires? We have everything you need to cook the best american pancakes ever. When you reach the outdoor kitchen, all is set when you arrive and you use our utilities to prepare the base for the pancakes and the fry them in heavy cast iron pans over the fires. You'll also prepare cream, jam, some different sauce an berries for the very best pancake experience. This is an acitivity for kids (up to 12 years), but grown ups can follow and taste some of the pancakes together with their children. The acitivty is located in Ormanäs, just outside Höör in the center of Skåne - MittSkåne!

The Edible Country - the Ormanäs table! 3 hours | Easy Book a seat at the table in Ormanäs and enjoy a prepared but still a "do it yourself" -activity in the Swedish forest! This is a perfect activity for groups or families, but also very fun for couples and friends. At arrival our guide will meet you and follow you out on a tour where you'll learn and taste several different herbs and flowers in the area. Depending on the season, you'll also pick and try different berries, fruits and maybe mushrooms. The hike is rather easy, but be prepared to "dive" straight into the forest! After a while you'll reach the outdoor kitchen where the prepared table waits for you. Here we'll sort and prepare the findings, and we'll also investigate the local ingredients that will enrich your lunch cooking. You'll work with the fire to cook a lovely lunch and we'll leave you in the silence to enjoy your meal under the beech tree canopies. Volcano hike through the forest Just breath in the beech forest on this guided tour around Ulfsbjär, one of the ancient volcanoes in the center of Skåne. Enjoy the beautiful beech forest on this guided tour through the ancient landscape. The tour is around six kilometers and well stop several times to study the forest, the landscape, traces of human civilization and of course, the volcano Ulfsbjär, 180 million years old. On this 2,5-3 hours tour, you’ll also follow the development of the landscape across the last 10 000 years. We’ll walk for around two or three hours on a good trail, but some parts are really steep and hilly. Bring your picnic and walk down to the lake Dagstorpssjön after the guided tour, here you can enjoy your meal on a beautiful spot by the lake.
